A. No Way! All you need to do to receive this offer is shop our web site, add books, packets and videos into your shopping cart and proceed to check out. We'll do the work for you. Make sure you don't have any other items, besides books, packets, or videos, in your shopping cart or it won't calculate your super cheap shipping.
Q. What if I want to order items OTHER than books, packets and videos?
A. If you are ordering more than just books, packets or videos, that's great, you'll just need to place two separate orders on our web site. One order for your books, packets and videos and a second order for everything else. Your book, packet and/or videos will ship via U.S. postal "Media Mail" at our special Penny Pinching Postage rates, and your other items will ship using our standard shipping service. In most cases, this will save you the most in shipping costs. If you place more than just books, packets or videos into one order, our shopping cart will default to our standard shipping rates and you will receive your entire order in 5 - 14 calendar days.

A. All orders that qualify will ship via U.S. Postal "Media Mail", and will arrive in 5-15 business days, depending on two things. The closer you live to Ohio, our warehouse facility and the closer you live to a metropolitan area, the sooner you order will arrive.
Q. What if I want my books, packets or videos faster than the 5 - 15 business days?
A. If you wish to receive your order faster you can still use our standard shipping service and your order will arrive in 5-14 calendar days as usual. To receive your order through our standard shipping, please place your order with our customer service department at 1-800-845-6507. We are open Monday - Friday 5:00 am to 6:00 pm PT or Saturday 6:00 am to 5:00 pm PT. Our website shopping cart will default to the Penny Pinching Postage for all orders containing only books, videos and/or packets.
Q. What if I need my order faster?
A. No problem. 2nd and 3rd Day delivery is still available to continental United States addresses. When you check out, click the 2nd or 3rd Day Rush Shipping and your order will be shipped with rush delivery. However, you'll be missing out on some great savings. You'll be charged the standard shipping rate plus an extra shipping charge of $6 for 3rd Day and $12 for 2nd Day.
Q. Why does it take longer for my Penny Pinching Postage order to be delivered?
A. We will be using the U.S. Postal "Media Mail" ground service. Your order will arrive in 5-15 business days, depending on two things. The closer you live to Ohio, our warehouse facility and the closer you live to a metropolitan area, the sooner your order will arrive.
Q. Why don't orders shipping outside the continental United States qualify for the Penny Pinching Postage?
A. The Post Office only offers this, "Media Mail", service for deliveries within the continental United States.
