Okay, I am embarrassed to even show you my paint area at this time, but I will be brave and show you all what a mess I have…one of my paint resolutions was to get my painting area cleaned up so that I can keep up with the UFO challenge too.

As you can see, I have a small area to paint in, it is actually a closet that we took the doors off. I snuck my table in there along with plenty of other craft stuff, as well as my boy’s toys, since my paint area is in their play room. After a crazy bazaar season, and also teaching a painting class for seven weeks to 12 Junior High students, my paint area became the dumping ground for books, and unpainted wood that I had great intentions of painting for my bazaars but never got too.

I have made good progress, found a huge amount of fabric stashed under my surfaces, and I have that all organized, now I need to gather up my patterns that I have traced and match them to the books and surfaces that they go with. Once I do that, I should be able to reorganize my table so that I can start working on a chair that I have had for years to paint and finish up, and then on to the next project.

I will keep you updated as I go along and will show you the projects that I have finished up too.
